Comments: Very difficult to get the scope of the project in the categories above. I needed all of the floor joists and framing removed from an area in my basement, and replacement flooring installed. Tommy and his crew made short work of the demolition, and cleanup. The underlayment and new structure went in was followed up by new subfloor. The crew was efficient and very conscious of the dust and dirt being generated by this project. In the past this construction would have been a do it yourself thing for me, but I am very happy I found Tommy to take care of this. I feel I got a good value for my money and the quality doesn't compare to my DIY skills
